I went to Wal-Mart yesterday and bought some more makeup, some groceries, and a new outfit. I think I will wear it to the Norah Jones concert. It’s a black shirt with a nice mini-floral design embroidered near the top and is half-way laced up and loose-fitting and long sleeve. And I have a long, cotton pink skirt with black embroidered flowers to match it. Soooooo pretty!!! The shirt was $7. The skirt was $7. Cost of looking damn good at a blues concert: priceless!!!

Oh and get this…… about an hour ago, I did my morning jog to the coffee shop (fully clothed in jogging clothes) and my landlady was sitting on the carport-styled porch we have in the front smoking her cigarette with her curlers in her hair…. I started jogging around the porch hoping she wouldn’t see me, but she stopped me and apologized for the scene she pulled with me the other day… and I told her I should have been more respectful on her property. *sigh*

So needless to say, when I took my morning dip, I went in a bikini. It took all the fun out of it. I usually go out when it is still dark outside, where people will not see me and where I will not cause a problem. And I never take people out there with me. That is my time to be alone, reflect on my everyday life, be naked and free and just let loose. Well this morning it was more like “halfway naked” just didn’t have the same effect. mmm what’s the deal with nakedness anyway? Why can’t we all just walk around naked or half-naked? What’s the big deal? We were born with our skin damnit… lol….

I am watching music videos right now on TV, and guess who just came on? You guessed it… Norah Jones!

Ok call me obsessed! I am going to try to get her autograph and depending on the type of stadium she is in, I may even uh… smoke up a bit if I can get away with it. The last concert I went to was in Birmingham, Alabama at the Creed concert in 2001. I am so excited about this!
