Types of Hypnosis
What types of hypnotic techniques are there?
There are many ways to hypnotize people. I’m going to briefly discuss what I like to use when doing my personal inductions on erotic hypnosis callers.
Forced Choice
The power of choice is very important. Sometimes with difficult subjects, I give them a forced choice which proves to be a win-win situation for everyone involved. It may sound like this: “You may feel your body start to fall into a very deep hypnotic sleep or you may feel like you’re just slightly relaxed. The choice is yours. Let yourself make that decision of how deep you want to go.”
Visualization Words
Sometimes I have the subject visualize a staircase or a spiral to help them go deeper. Other visualization methods that work effectively are having the person imagine they are in a safe place such as a field, the beach, in the mountains, or some similar place where they feel completely relaxed.
Deepening
One of the most popular methods of deepening hypnotic techniques are to use words that suggest a “bottom” of someone’s mind. To go deeper, down, to climb stairs or travel DOWN or travel UP. The act of moving and going deeper allows the subject to be aware of where exactly they are in their current state of trance.
Hallucinating
* Room temperature: suggesting it is hot or cold
* Skin temperature: suggesting you have ice on your feet or similar
* Sexual fantasy: suggesting you are in a room with beautiful nude women
* Out of body: suggesting you are floating and feel nothing
* Sinking: suggesting you are sinking or being pulled down
