What is Erotic Hypnosis?
What exactly is hypnosis?
Believe it or not, there is no definitive answer. Right now researchers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Washington D.C. are doing studies to find out exactly what the deal is involving hypnosis. But if you ask me, hypnosis is a state of deep consciousness where you are completely and utterly relaxed into a state of pure bliss.
What is erotic hypnosis?
Erotic hypnosis (also referred to as sexual hypnosis, sensual hypnosis, sexual mind control, hypno fetish, hypno sex, hypnotic mind control, etc.) is my favorite type of hypnosis to perform! This is where a hypnotist takes a subject down into a relaxing trance and excites and arouses the subject’s body. So many wonderful things can be accomplished from this. Some of them may include (but not limited to):
* Falling in love with hypnotist
* Intense orgasm denial
* Fetishes come alive
* Sensations feel overwhelming
* Fantasies and roleplaying images feel real
Erotic hypnosis is not meditation, nor is it psychotherapy
According to the Idiot’s Guide to Hypnosis, there are clear indicators showing the difference between hypnosis and meditation. In meditation, you are taught to focus on yourself, have no goals, and enter an altered state and focus on yourself. In hypnosis, you are taught to focus on something outside of yourself and enjoy a new behavior and enter an altered state and then receive suggestions. Suggestions make the biggest difference. The smallest suggestion can have the biggest impact!
Hypnosis is NOT psychotherapy. It is a technique, NOT a therapy. Hypnotherapy is a psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as a way to help you uncover things about yourself that are buried within your past.
What is the difference between sleep and erotic hypnosis?
Sleep: Eyes closed, body relaxed, no attention paid to surrounding environment, will not hear conversations, usually move around, no ability to concentrate, EEG studies show brain waves of sleep have little alpha activity.
Erotic hypnosis: Eyes may be open or closed, body usually relaxed, but can be instructed to become tense, no attention paid to surrounding environment, will hear hypnotist’s voice, remain still, too much effort to move, extremely high ability to concentrate, EEG studies show brain waves have high alpha activity, indicative of alertness.
What does it feel like to be hypnotized?
You might feel like you’re in isolation completely oblivious to everything around you except the hypnotist’s voice. When you’re NOT under hypnosis, you’re aware of everything around you. You know your body’s temperature and where you are located and how you feel at the moment. You’ll know if you hear a car horn or small warm cookies. However when you’re deeply hypnotized, you are more likely to block all of that out and concentrate only on the hypnotist’s voice.
Everyone responds differently to hypnosis. Some people won’t feel they’ve been hypnotized at all. Others will feel groggy or sleepy, others will wonder what just happened. Some people will feel like they’ve just awoken from a deep massage on a relaxation table.
Anything Else?
Regular hypnosis can help you improve your life. You were born with a talent for being hypnotized (some more than others). Hypnosis is a safe experience. Hypnosis helps you see situations in a new way!
Erotic hypnosis is a great way to experience sexual fantasies, because your body may experience intensely arousing feelings.
