Yes sometimes it really wears me out and I end up falling asleep. You see, I’m a very hypnotizable subject myself. At first I wasn’t, but since I hypnotize people every day and if it is a really long hypnotic session, I end up getting very sleepy and tired myself. Sometimes I have to take a break away from it all to get back to my awake-alert state again. There was a time where I would do ten or eleven hypnotic phone sessions back to back without a break and I would be so exhausted it felt like I hadn’t slept in years. So hypnosis can be very strong and intense and mentally exhausting for all involved. That’s both a good and bad thing. So for me I have to do this in moderation. So if you see me unavailable, maybe I’m just recharging myself *smiles*.
