Dear Isabella,
Thank you so much for creating the Peace of Mind file.
I’ve been struggling a bit lately, and I think it is the effect of having listened to too many hypno files. Although when listening to those files, I tried to screen the things that I didn’t want, I think that through all of the layering of voices, binaurals, and subliminals, combined with the extremely deep trance states and increased suggestibility that these files created, things seeped through that were not in my best interest. Although these things must have connected with deep rooted fetishes and obsessions — otherwise I suppose they would have been rejected by my subconscious — the net effect is that I became virtually addicted to listening to these files to the point that I was wasting too much time doing so to the detriment of the things that are truly important to me.
Your Peace of Mind file has helped me to put all of this in perspective, and equally or even more importantly, has enabled me to connect with a very positive side of myself that I had managed to lose somewhere along the way as I got older.
Once again, thank you so much.
Jim
P.S.: Given the nature of your other files, some of which may have even contributed to my problem, this was a very pleasant surprise!
