Hello everyone! Let’s play a game! I have 15 assignments for you to complete during the month of November. Think you can do them all? For those of you who dabble in submission or consider it to be a lifestyle or a fetish, I especially welcome you to participate. I’ve decided to call this game “Isabella Says” and the objective is simple. I give you an assignment that gives me pleasure to “think up,” and you complete it! Have fun without spending money! Let’s play!

Compliment yourself lovingly in front of the mirror for 5 minutes for 5 consecutive days

Express yourself creatively through writing, art, or other activity requiring inner outpouring

Forgive someone. In Hawaii, Ho’oponopono means “double good” or “double right” – to be so good with someone that there is only right.

Consider where you are on your life path; where you wish to be; and inhabit the space that pulls you towards that direction.

Assignment #9
Discover something silly about yourself or your situation that can always make you laugh, especially when you’re down.

Assignment #10
Add me to your Facebook friends, and interact on my wall (through comments, replies, or new posts) considering for a moment that we might meet someday.

Watch a movie, tv show, or colorful light/sound show that awes your senses

If there’s no one behind you, let someone cut in front of you. If there IS someone behind you, let them in front of you.

Finish reading a book that is actually quite good and worth completing. Find a paragraph in it that is particularly noteworthy and memorable and either email it to me or send me a private message on Facebook sharing it.

Believe you are awesome. Know that you are loved and loving. Feel your individuality at its pinnacle. Meditate on your inner vision.

Assignment #15
Create an awesome goal you wish to complete in 3-6 months that may require collaboration with (an) extra individual(s) that will amplify the end result.
