Maximize Your Sound & Light Experience
I’m excited to share with you new sound technology that will enhance your hypnotic listening experience! Like many of you, I’ve owned hundreds of headphones in my lifetime. If I had a nickel every time a pair croaked on me, I’d have enough money to live in a Penthouse suite in Paris for a couple months.
I’ve compiled a “Recommendation List” of sound and light equipment that are truly fabulous when you want the Ultimate in Deep Hypnotic Trance (or for you hypno-extremist fetishists… The Ultimate in Sensory Brainwashing).
From personal experience, I can honestly say that many of my headphones seemed perfectly fine when I bought them, but after a couple weeks or months, the poor quality became apparent. Plastic would break. Ear foam that covered the sound piece would fade from dark grey to a strange bleach-ish brown/yellow color. The middle of the headpiece would crack or bend. Sound would only come out of the left but not the right. Has this ever happened to you? Or even worse, I’d be lying back with my head on a pillow listening to erotic hypnosis or ambient meditative music before sleep and as I roll to the side I hear a *crack* – another headphone death. Some head pieces would dangle pathetically off threadbare wires… and others wouldn’t even get sound at all. I think my most frustrating experience with stereo headphones was when I was forced to hold the wires with my fingers in a certain position to maintain a steady flow of sound. Ugh. No more!
I come bearing good news! Sound technology, software, and hardware is evolving beautifully… and there are some lovely solutions.
Please note that these are HONEST recommendations. I will not profit one dime off these. These are NOT affiliate links. However I am generally not a fan of ear buds, as they’re usually painful and annoying.

SleepPhones – available at SleepPhones.com
Cost: Approximately $50-60 depending if they’re on sale
Pros: Fall asleep with a headband around your head with built-in ear buds. You do NOT feel the earbuds. Pain-free listening and sleeping throughout the night. No hard plastic on the back of your head. You can twist and turn as much as you like! Extremely comfortable. Comes in Lavendar, black, and grey. Sound quality is perfect for hypnosis – a subtly muffled ambient quietness. Comes in many sizes. Plug compatible with mp3 players and computers with headphone jack. Best pro: you can sleep on your stomach and still listen to music.
Cons: If you get the wrong size (I got the regular one-size-fits all size), the earpieces don’t necessarily match your head. I could hear out of only one ear most of the time. However they do have a sizing chart, so if you’re a serious hypno fan and want to get out a measuring tape and measure your head, then maybe your ears will match up to the headphones. I do like these enough to buy another pair and get the right size though. If you aren’t bald, you might wake up with band-hair. Falls off the head too easy (oh wait, maybe that was cause I got the wrong size). Measure your head.
Beats by Dr. Dre – available at BeatsByDre.com and many retailers, including Best Buy and Amazon
Cost: Approximately $300 for Over-the-Ear (not On-Ear)
Pros: I like these even, gulp, BETTER than Bose headphones because these really have that extra subwoofer KICK for times you want to listen to music with a beat. The sound quality alone is superior to anything I’ve ever heard in my 30 years. These are TRULY noise-canceling. I can’t even have a conversation with someone else who is in the room with me when I wear these. Although I’ve never warn these on an airplane, I would almost bet a pair of my $600 Christian Dior heels that these would cancel out the rumble of the engines. The noise canceling properties are ALONE worth the purchase. Batteries ARE included in your purchase to pop them right into the phones so you can control the off/on noise-canceling feature. I cannot state this enough. When I wear these, I’m really IN my HEAD. As far as feeling them goes, if they’re Over-the-Ear then they actually leave empty room for your ears so actually – they’re super comfortable because there’s really not much to feel. They also fold up easily which prevents major breaking. AND they come with a durable hard case which is practically strong enough to drive over with your car (not that I want to actually try breaking it). The sound technology was developed by Monster and Dr. Dre; a reputable Duo with names on the line. It even comes with a special cord so you can plug it into your iPhone so you can listen to music and/or use the built-in microphone to have a phone conversation.
Cons: A little pricey. Not great for rolling over in bed. The built-in microphone does not work on the computer, only on the iPhone.

Projectors – available at most online retailers including Best Buy and Amazon
Approximate cost: $30-$2000 depending on brand
Pros: Plug this up to your PC (or if you use a Mac, then use a compatible program to operate Windows), then open Windows Media Player. Pick a song, set it on Repeat, press mute if you only want visuals. Tada! Face your projector on a wall and now you have hypnotic spirals and psychedelic visual light shows playing right there on your wall at home. Watch it with your favorite headphones and you’ll be dazed for hours and hours…. If you do a little shopping around, you’ll notice a large variety in styles and options (imagine watching visuals on your ceiling!) — some projectors are small enough to fit in your pocket!
Cons: Can be expensive for the good ones.
Vusix video eyewear – available at Vuzix.com
Approximate cost: $170-$2000 depending on style
Pros: For the ultimate brainwashing experience, you GOTTA get one of these! No more staring at flat screens. The panoramic wide screen video covers your eyes, and surround 5.1 sound covers your ears. Rather than recommending one particular kind, I highly recommend you go to Vuzix.com and click on Consumer and browse through the “Wraps” – all different sizes and shapes which depend on how you wish to use them. These gadgets will knock your socks off. Most, if not all of them, are compatible with video game consoles, TVs (3D and 2D), Computers, and even the iPhone!
Cons: Can be expensive.
Sound and Light Machines – available online at Photosonix.com and Amazon.com and MindAlive.com and more
Approximate cost: $150-$2000 depending on brand
Pros and cons really depend on your selection. One thing they all have in common is that lights pulsate with your chosen audio mp3. This is a very relaxing, meditative process. Never open your eyes while using the light and sound machine. Trust me, you’ll see plenty of colors with your eyes closed. I’m not too happy with the $300 one I bought (can’t remember the brand) – the problem being that the only colors it offered me were red, green, and blue – and rarely yellow. Not cool. There are others on the market for around $500 that offer over 15,000 colors (see Photosonix ColorTrack glasses which are purchased separately from the mind machine). Please research reviews before buying one. If you find one that you really LOVE, please email me about it so I can try it out.
Laser Light Shows – available at Amazon.com and DinoDirect.com and CreativeLaserMedia.com and LaserShows.net
Approximate Cost: $40-$10,000 depending on brand
Pros and Cons depend on selection. You can get a Laser Star for less than $200 from Amazon.com which projects moving “stars” on your wall or ceiling which resemble outer space. Approximate battery life is about 6 hours so best not to leave on overnight or the machine could stop working after a month or so. The Laser Star offers star rotations which constantly orbit or rotate in various patterns. Incredible view! If you’re looking for something colorful or extreme and have lots of money, I recommend you visit the sites mentioned above to see some of the options available. Many of them are extremely expensive (some are rented by the day) but are worth it if you’re throwing a gigantic erotic hypnosis party.

It may be available in the near future!
From my experience, the erotic hypnosis recording “Into Pandora” is quite a beautiful head trip with a sound and light machine
